Insidiously Fraudulent!
We particularly did not appreciate how this property was advertised as P1,888 per night, however, when checking out, it added a cleaning fee of P788 and a 15% Service Charge that was not disclosed.

bigger than other room. because this is corner unit. family is big choose this.
something problem. water heater for coffee is not working. wash machine is not working. refrigerator is week.

DISGUSTING

Place is too far from the Highway, also far from Sm Seaside, place is under construction, rough road. No decent lobby, entrance is in basement, only 1 elevator is functioning, very small for a passenger elevator. The hallway is horrific, untidy, dark etc. Upon entering her place is so dirty, there are leftovers from the previous guests, sink sucks, mirrors from the kitchen is so oily and greasy. Room is smelly. Linens are stinky and itchy. I was surprise No toiletries, towels, even Cable and WIFI, NO shower Heater, pricy room like this is NOT WORTH IT! Cockroach everywhere.. I HIGHLY DONT recommend M's place.

What was the highlight of Two Bedroom San Remo Oasis SRP
I like the ambiance of the place. The unit is also new but very DIRTY.
The owner/ host is very responsive even if she was out of town. That matters a lot to me.
What I did not like is the way the guards would treat their guests. I understand and I like it when they are strict but being rude is another thing.
